What we’ll do

Join our French baking class in the heart of Paris from anywhere in the world

For one hour and a half, you will learn everything about "Croissant"

We will start from "la mise en place" then we will travel together over centuries to discover all about croissant & viennoiseries that you will be able to do after this class

Day 1 - Pâte Feuilletée: we will make a dough & incorporate butter to build layers

Day 2 - Shape: we will make make a croissant & pain au chocolat let them to rise and bake

What to bring

• Stable internet connection

• Pâte feuilletée: cake flour, water, milk, yeast, butter & salt

​

• Croissant & Pain au Chocolat: chocolate sticks & egg​

​

• Utensils: kitchen scale, medium size bowl, rolling pin, parchment paper, clingfilm, knife, pastry brush, baking tray & oven

​

• If you want to do the dough by hand it is possible as well with a stand mixer

​

• Apron :D
